The Utah Jazz are now a win away to moving into the next round of the ongoing NBA playoff series after defeating the Oklahoma City Thunder to gain a 3-1 momentum at their 1st round best of seven playoff series.

The Jazz beat the Thunder with the final score of 113-96 on Monday evening.

The Utah Jazz took advantage of their home court and played a superb game to make sure that the Oklahoma City Thunder will not even their series to 2-2 by defeating them on Monday and giving them a 3-1 advantage.

They are now a win away to move into the second round NBA playoffs.

The team showed a great offensive and defensive prowess and this is the reason why they were able to sustain their energy until the final buzzer. As expected, Donovan Mitchell played an explosive game with 33 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and a block shot.

His other teammates who scored in double-figure include Joe Ingles scored 20 points, Rudy Gobert added 16, Derrick Favors and Ricky Rubio scored 13 points apiece and Royce O’Neale finished the game with 10 points.

As for the Thunder, Paul George led the team with 32 points, Russell Westbrook added 23 points, Carmelo Anthony scored 11 and Alex Abrines with points for the game.

With a 1-3 disadvantage, the Oklahoma City now needs to win the remaining 3 games if they want to advance into the second round.

Game 5 is set on this coming Thursday at the Chesapeak Energy Arena in Oklahoma City, which gives the Thunder a home court advantage.
