Despite the bad start playing against the Miami Heat inside the American Airlines Arena in Miami, the Oklahoma City Thunder still manage to finish their game stronger and sealed their victory on Monday.

The Thunder defeated the Heat with the final score of 115-93.

With the win against the Miami Heat, the Oklahoma City Thunder assured themselves a playoff spot by clinching into the next round of the 2017-2018 NBA regular season. Even though they started the game rough, the team managed to recuperate and won their 47th game this season.

Paul George led the Thunder in scoring with 27 points, with 3 rebounds, 1 assists and a block shot for the game. While Russell Westbrook added 23 points, Jerami Grant scored 17 points and Carmelo Anthony finished the game with 11 points.

As for the Heat, their leading scorer is Josh Richardson with 18 points, Hassan Whiteside added 16, Tyler Johnson and Justise Winslow scored 12 points apiece and James Johnson with 11.

The Heat had a record of 43-38 and still in the contention for the playoffs.

The Oklahoma City Thunder visits the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday, while the Eastern Conference leader hosts the visiting Miami Heat on the same day as well.
