Philadelphia 76ers vs. Dallas Mavericks
Despite playing without the prize center Joel Embiid on Sunday, the Philadelphia 76ers still manage to win the game against the struggling Dallas Mavericks in front of the fans at home.
The 76ers beat the Mavericks with the final score of 109-97.
With this latest victory, the Philadelphia now has a 50-30 team standing and already on the 3rd spot at the Eastern Conference division. They surpassed the Cavaliers and getting the best chance as the team heads to the playoff series this month.
The 76ers are on their 14th consecutive win and it will be a huge opportunity for them when they reach the next round at the ongoing 2017-2018 NBA season.
Known as “The Process” in the NBA the team now are roaring and are even exceeding what the organization and their fans are expecting.
Veteran guard JJ Redick led the 76ers in scoring with 18 points, 2 rebounds and 4 assists, while Ben Simmons added 16 points, Robert Covington and Marco Belinelli had 15 points apiece and Ersan Ilyasova finished the game with 11 points.
As for the Mavericks, Harrison Barnes led the team by scoring 21 points, Dennis Smith Jr. had 20 points and Dwight Powell scored 13 points. The Dallas are already out of the playoff series with a 24-57 standing.
