The Raptors beat the Hornets and remain on top of the team standing.
The Toronto Raptors managed to control the tempo of the game against the Charlotte Hornets and defeated them for their 11th victory in 12 outings. As expected, the team relied well on their key players like DeMar DeRazon who had 19 points, 4 rebounds and 8 assists, center Jonas Valanciunas scored 18 points with 10 rebounds, Serge Ibaka added 17 points, Kyle Lowry scored 14 points for the game.
They now have a current record of 54-17 and leading the Eastern Conference.
As for the Charlotte Hornets, Kemba Walker led the team with 27 points, Jeremy Lamb added 16 points, Frank Kaminsky scored 15 points, while Nicolas Batum and Dwight Howard scored 10 points apiece.
The Hornets have a 28-36 record this season and still need to win more.
The Raptors next game will be on Tuesday against the visiting Atlanta Hawks, while the Hornets face off against the Philadelphia 76ers.
