The Orlando Magic had taken advantage playing at home against the Los Angeles Lakers and defeated them with the final score of 127-105 on Wednesday.

Marreese Speights led the Magic in scoring with 21 points, grabbed 4 rebounds and 1 assist for the game.

Both the Orlando and L.A. are fighting to live into the next rounds because of their low team standings. The Magic are currently 15-35, while the Lakers are only 19-31 and they badly need to win more games.

Besides Speights, the other players of Magic who scored in double-figure include Evan Fournier with 19 points, Elfrid Payton scored 15 points, Jonathan Simmons and Mario Hezonja scored 14 apiece, Shelvin Mack had 13 points and D.J. Augustin scored 12 point.

All of the players of Orlando had scored and played against their opponent.

It was a tough day for the Lakers because since the beginning of 1st quarter, they did not have the chance to take the lead and allowing the Magic to enjoy a 29-point margin heading to the final quarter.

Jordan Clarkson and Julius Randle scored 20 points apiece for the Lakers, while Brandon Ingram added 13, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope scored 12 points and Kyle Kuzma finished the game with 11 points.

For their upcoming games, the Orlando Magic goes up against the Washington Wizards on Saturday with a home court advantage, while the L.A. Lakers visits the Brooklyn Nets on Friday.
