The Oklahoma Thunder played a better game against the Philadelphia 76ers via 122-112 victory and now won their 8th consecutive games in this NBA season. As expected, Thunder star point guard Russell Westbrook led the team in scoring with a huge 37 points on Sunday.

In the first half, Westbrook is not shooting well after having only 6-out-of-20 shots and fell hard on the floor after he attempted to bait 76ers’ center Joel Embiid for a charging foul, who drunk over him strongly, as detailed by espn.com.

Nevertheless, he managed to play better on the second hand by making 8-out-of-13 shots, grabbed 9 boards and provided 14 assists for the winning game.

Aside from Westbrook, the other players of Oklahoma who scored in double figure include Paul George with 31 points, Steven Adams scored 20 points, Carmelo Anthony added 16 points and Jerami Grant scored 11 points. The Thunder showed a great team effort and that certainly helped them to seal their victory.

As for the Philadelphia 76ers, the leading scorer is their center Joel Embiid with27 points and 10 rebounds, Ben Simmons added 22 points, Dario Saric scored 16 points, Robert Covington added 11 and TJ McConnell scored 10 points.

Unfortunately, they fell short in the final quarter despite playing a close game at the Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

The Thunder will visit and face the Washington Wizards on Tuesday, while the Milwaukee Bucks hosts the visiting 76ers on Monday.
