The Golden State Warriors now take a 3-0 lead against the San Antonio Spurs by defeating them 120-108 on Saturday for the Western Conference Finals game 3. Despite the home court advantage of the Spurs, the Warriors came prepared and sealed their victory convincingly.

Again, the Spurs played without key players Tony Parker and Kawhi Leonard who are both injured.

For the Warriors, Kevin Durant led the team in scoring with 33 points, 10 boards, 4 assists, 2 steals and a block shot for the game. While 2-time NBA MVP Stephen Curry added 21 points with 5 rebounds, Klay Thompson scored 17 points with 6 rebounds and Javale McGee added 16 points for the game.

They expected a tough game against the Spurs on Saturday, but it appears that their opponent played less aggressive.

As for the San Antonio, Manu Ginobili scored 21 points, LaMarcus Aldridge with 18 points and 5 rebounds, Jonathan Simmons with 14 points, Pau Gasol added 12 points and DeJounte Murray scored 10 points for the game. Unfortunately, they failed to match the intensity of the Warriors.

The Golden State will have a chance to close the series on Monday night if they win against the Spurs on the scheduled game 4 for a possible 4-0 sweep. If they Cleveland Cavaliers wins the series against the Boston Celtics, both Warriors and Cavs will have an NBA Finals rematch this season.

The San Antonio lost another player with David Lee who obtained an injury (left knee) in the 1st quarter.
