Durant Dominates Westbrook As Warriors Annihilate Thunder 122-96
“KD is not nice”. The Golden State Warriors dominate the Oklahoma City Thunder 122-96, handing the Thunder their first defeat of the season. It was Durant’s first match against Westbrook and his former team ever since the he moved to the Warriors. Durant overpowered the mighty Thunder as he scored 39 points (29 in first half), including seven three-pointers, along with seven rebounds.

The sold out crowd in the Oracle Arena loved how it looked like the rematch of last season’s NBA Western Conference Finals. But the game slowly became Durant’s show, as he embarrassed Westbrook and the Thunder. Curry added 21 points and seven assists, while Thompson finished with 18 points including four three-pointers. Meanwhile, Westbrook was limited to only 20 points; his lowest so far.Victor Oladipo led the Thunder with 21 points.
Both teams have a 4-1 win/loss record so far. The Warriors next game is with the Los Angeles Lakers, while the Thunder are set to face the Minnesota Timberwolves.
