Thunder Win Over Lakers 113-96 As Westbrook Gets Another Triple-Double
The Oklahoma City Thunder just handed Lakers’ second straight loss of the season as they won 113-96. Russell Westbrook had another spectacular triple-double performance with 33 points, 16 assists and 12 rebounds. Although it was nowhere near his stats when they defeated the Pelicans, it was enough to bag the win against the Lakers.
Meanwhile, D’Angelo Russell led the Lakers with 20 points, 5 assists and 5 rebounds. Julius Randle added 18 points and 9 rebounds, while Nick Young and Jordan Clarkson both reached double figures. Although Lakers’ defense was on point, they lacked in offense.
The undefeated Thunder (3-0) will face the Los Angeles Clippers on November 3rd. On the other hand, the Lakers (1-2) are set to face the Indiana Pacers on November 2nd.
