The Cleveland Cavaliers managed to pull out a convincing win on Wednesday against the defending NBA champion Golden State Warriors to mark their first win in the best-of-7 NBA Finals this season. However, the Warriors still lead 2-1 but the Cavaliers can even the series on game 4 because they have the home court again.
Unlike in their first two meetings, the Cavs played with enough intensity from the beginning of the game. Because of this, they were able to control the game and kept their lead until the final quarter. They finished the game with a 30-point lead and the final score is 120-90.
LeBron James and Kyrie Irving both played tremendous game by scoring 32 points and 30 points respectively. The Cavaliers once again displayed their dominating performance whenever they play inside the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.
As for the Warriors, Stephen Curry only managed to score 19 points for the game, while Harrison Barnes added 18 points. They will try to win on Friday before returning home for the scheduled game 5 at the Oracle Arena in Oakland.
