donaireThe Filipino “Flash” Nonito Donaire Jr. beat Mexican Cesar Juarez to regain his World Boxing Organization (WBO) Super Bantamweight championship belt on Saturday. The win is not a KO victory because the judges needed to present their score cards after closing the 12th round of the bout at the Roberto Clemente Colesium in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

The Filipino champion convinced the 3 judges to get the unanimous decision after knocking out Juarez on the 4th round twice. He managed to hit his Mexican opponent with his left hook, which brought him down on the canvass. Unfortunately, Juarez did able to come back knockout Donaire on the 10th round and fought toe-to-toe until the final bell.juarez

Boxing experts however have different perspectives about the fight because some of them favored the boxer from Mexico to win, while some of them chose the boxer from the Philippines.
